- This is a Topical Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Non-Intrusive Instrumentation BAA #073761. You are directed to the following web site for the complete announcement www.npt.nuwc.navy.mil/contract/ . As stated in the BAA, a pre-proposal conference will be held at the Sheraton Providence Airport Hotel, 1850 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island on Thursday, 28 June, 2007 at 1:00 pm local time. Pre-registration for the conference is not required. This BAA will follow a two-step process. Step I will be a request for proposal abstracts. Proposal abstracts must be received by 16 July 2007 at 2:00 pm local time. Step II will be an opportunity to submit a proposal. Step II will allow at least thirty (30) days for proposal preparation and submission. Full proposal must be received by 06 September 2007 at 2:00 pm local time. Organizations wishing to participate in this requirement will be required to submit their abstracts and proposals to the Commercial Acquisition, Building 11, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Attn: Nancy Howard, Code 11912B, howardns@npt.nuwc.navy.mil Simonpietri Drive, Newport, RI 02841-1708.
