- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N65538-07-Q-0057, and the solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-17. The associated NAICS code is 443120. Line item 0001 is as follows: Sylogist Annual Software Maintenance and Loftware Printer Software. See attached document for the specific items to be procured. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offeror will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
