- Description
- The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Hydroacoustic Technology, Inc. of Seattle, WA 98105 for a Data Logger system for existing acoustic telemetry data collection equipment. The data will be used to in current and future juvenile salmonid research projects. Noncompetitive award is being made because this source has proprietary rights to all hardware, replacement, repair, and modifications. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Specialist by e-mail (sevans@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in the announcement.
