- Sullair 375 cfm at 100 psig portable air compressor, with standard equipment offered for this model, on highway towable running gear with heavy duty leaf spring suspension, rear bumper and recessed tail lights with optional John Deere 140 hp diesel e ngine, block heater and ball hitch. (Brand name or equal) The procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The following NAICS code 333912 will apply with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 EMPLOYEES. The Solicitation will not be available in paper format from the Government. All documents required for submitting an offer, including hand-signed acknowledgement of any Amendments to the Solicitation, shall be submitted in original hard copy to the Government. Faxed Offers are not permitted. Electronic submittal of an offer via e-mail will also not be per mitted. The date and time for receipt of offers will be 22 June 2007, 4:00 PM. CST. It is the responsibility of all offerors to monitor the FedBizOps web site (using the above Internet website address link), for any Amendments to the Solicitation. All i nterested offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to submitting an offer. No contract award can be made until this requirem ent is met.
