- Req: W90A9L-7150-0016-000 The Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the US Army Information Technology Agency intends to make a Sole Source Award to: PKWARE, Inc 648 N. Plankinton Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53203-2900 to procure software maintenance and support. This software will operate on both IBM z800 series Systems in the Office of the Deputy for Information Technology and Communication (ODIT&C) consolidated business data center (BDC).
