Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with ITT Cannon, Division of ITT Industries, 66 6 East Dyer Rd, Santa Ana, CA 92705. This contract will be for the following item: Contract Line Item Number (0001), Quantity: 8 Each, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: ITT Cannon Part Number F0111400-4034. ITT Cannon is the original equipment manufactur er (OEM) and hold all patent and technical data rights for the FOMC assemblies. The item listed above must be compatible in form, fit and function with existing ITT Cannon equipment in use at USAYPG. Interested persons may identify their interest and cap ability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The solicitation will be available on our website on or after 18 June 2007. All inquiries shall be clearly marked with solicitat ion #W9124R-07-T-1085 and emailed to the point of contact listed below or sent by facsimile to (928) 328-6849. See Note 22 with the exception that the time period for the receipt of proposals for consideration is 11 days instead of 45 days.
