- 12 X Lounge chair, Round arms & Square back cushion Upholstery - color- burgundy/claret ? Anti-microbial barrier covers all exposed foam. Backs to remove and stow between the arms during storage / transportation. ? All upholstery is attached with Velcro brand hook & loop fasteners to appear as if the seat has conventional staple covers ? All frame components are modular and replaceable ? Frames are performance tested qualifying for heavy duty rating. ? Upholstery is warranted to be washed, dried and reinstalled up to 25 times ? 10 years extended warranty. ? Must comply with the following tests: o Stain Resistant o Boiling Water o High Temperature Resistant o Cold Check o Cold Print Adhesion by Tape Test o Hot Print o Ultra Violet Light Resistant o Toughness and Adhesion ? Exposed solid wood parts should be bright, well sanded free from brashness, discoloration, wormholes, honeycomb, splits and shake ? Seat backs should provide good lumbar support ? Arms to have soft foam over rebound for comfort and resilience ? Seat cushions to have zipper closures to ensure they will not accidentally open during normal use ? Upholstery covers to be triple stitched including a fabric reinforcement seam tape ?
