- The Government requires the purchase of (1) full Automated Call Distribution hardware with 3-year on-site warranty. The 643rd ELSS/EIEOE Enterprise Management (EM) Service Desk requires a complete hardware and software upgrade of the existing automated call distribution (ACD) telephone system that is used to answer incoming customer calls. This upgrade must comprise three components: a. Replacements for the two existing servers and associated Acculab telephony hardware b. An upgrade to the existing Interactive Intelligence Customer Interaction Center (CIC) software to include installation, configuration, and training on how to configure and administer updated software c. Required follow-on support The existing environment includes: a. Two servers with installed Acculab telephone hardware b. CIC v2.2 in a switchover environment. The software is covered with an existing support contract that includes the cost of the upgraded software. The existing license count includes: i. 1 Base Server ii. 1 Business Client iii. 13 Contact Center lines iv. 1 Unified Messaging Add-on v. 48 External Call Ports vi. 1 Switchover Server c. Follow-on support will not be able to take advantage of remote access through modem or network connections. As such, support must be provided to our technicians on the telephone where possible or a support engineer must come on-site to rectify problems if necessary.
