- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract for Range, Residue, and Removal services for the Barry M. Goldwater Range at Gila Bend, AZ. The contractor will provide, but not limited to, range clearance, residue demilitarization (including certification and validation), proper handling of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)-regulated materials, segregation of any Low Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW) components for subsequent removal and disposal by the Government, and transfer of residue in range holding areas to either recycling centers or landfills. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period of performance of one year and 4 one-year option periods. This acquisition will be offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns on a competitive basis in the United States that have a NAICS code of 562910. The small business size standard is $13 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, all amendments, clarification letters, and other applicable documents will be issued electronically on the EPS website. Interested sources are responsible for frequent review of the EPS website to ensure they are kept current on any amendments, changes or clarifications, etc. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) and the On-line Representations & Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov/) prior to award. The solicitation shall be posted on or around 29 June 07.
