- Description
- This requirement is for contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and expert supervision to rewire buildings 15, 16 & 17 at the Marion, IN campus of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System located at 1700 E. 38th Street. Work includes, but is not limited to the replacement of electrical conductors between distribution panels and devices, the installation of conduit and junction boxes to complete the path for electrical distribution, replacement of selected distribution panels, removal, replacement and/or installation of additional lighting fixtures, and other similar work related to rewiring the indicated buildings. Other work includes, but is not limited to: sink removal and associated repairs, sprinkler system removal and associated repairs, nurse call system removal and associated repairs, and interior painting. Interested bidders shall submit a written request on company letterhead requesting solicitation. Solicitation availability will be on a first come first serve basis. Requests may be faxed to (260) 460-1335. Cost Range: $250,000 - $500,000. Solicitation to release on or about 7/16/07. This is a 100% SDVOB Set-aside.
