- The National Data Buoy Center has a requirement for an enterprise tape library system as described in the solicitation (SF1449). Contract Line Items may either meet or exceed requirements as described in SF1449. If items exceed requirements as described in SF1449, identify those changes on the SF1449. Quotes will need to include the delivery date and validity date as well as be priced with FOB Destination to Building 3204, SSC, MS 39529. All SF1449 quotes can be submitted via 1) email to amanda.carey@noaa.gov 2) U.S. Postal Mail or 3) Fax at 228-688-3153. In addition, they must be addressed to Amanda Carey.
