- Amend the synopsis/solicitation number W912JV-07-R-0003 as follows: The Brooks Act evaluation procedures will be followed with price not being a factor. The original notice requires pricing information to be submitted. Do not provide pricing informat ion with the initial proposal information that has been requested. The evaluation criteria, in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services, (2) Specialized experience and t echnical competence in the type of work required including where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials, (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past p erformance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location in the general geographical area of the projects and knowledge of the locality of the p rojects, provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms given the nature and size of the projects. Final selection procedure will include a personal or telephone interview. Proposal due date is extended 7 calend ar days. Proposal due date is 25 June 2007 at 2:00 pm local time. Same proposal format and place of receipt. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-JUN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
