- Description
- CMS is seeking comments, questions, and/or clarifications from interested parties regarding a draft Statement of Work(SOW) for award of multiple contracts to conduct activities required by the Medicaid Integrity Program provisions of the Deficit Reduction Act.. The purpose of posting this draft SOW is to obtain assistance from the vendor community in refining the requirements based upon industry best practices. This announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by CMS to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Please note that CMS will not be answering questions or comments or paying for any information submitted as a result of this request. It is also in your best interest not to reveal any of your “trade secrets” or proprietary information when sending your questions or comments. In responding, please refer to the section and paragraph number in the SOW where your question or comment is found; or, if you are making a general question or comment, please refer to it as such.
