- Amendment 0003, dated 9 Feb 07 to Released RFP is attached. The proposal is due 14 Feb 2007 by 12:00 PM. Submit the proposal to Jan Holbrook, 88 CONS/PKA. Any questions should be directed to the following: jan.holbrook@wpafb.af.mil madonna.hart@wpafb.af.mil Period of performance is 1 Apr 07 through 30 Sep 07. Four one-year options may be awarded. NAICS Code is 561410. Size Standard is $6.5 Million. This acquisition is being acquired under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 88th Medical Group located at Wright-Patterson AFB has a requirement to provide all personnel, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform medical transcription service. Completed reports shall be electronically transmitted via telecommunication lines by the Contractor to the 88th Medical Group. Reports include Narrative Summaries, Operative Reports, Pathology Reports, Radiology Reports, Consultation, Medical Letters, Histories and Physical, Summaries, and Progress Reports.
