- Description
- The General Services Administration is seeking qualified contractors to install a new pervious concrete path outside of Gate One at the Denver Federal Center (DFC), Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado; including installation of solar lights along the new path. Additionally, this procurement includes removal and repair of flatwork concrete on the DFC. The project value is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The period of performance is ninety (90) calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on or about April 17, 2007 and is anticipated to close on or about May 17, 2007. A pre-proposal conference, to include a site visit, is anticipated on or about April 26, 2007. It is anticipated award will be made to the offeror submitting the best value. The Government anticipates award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This procurement is set-aside 100% for responsible Small Business Concerns. Award is expected to be made on or about May 31, 2007. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for the issuance of any amendments. The subject solicitation includes design drawings.
