- This is modification 3 to the synopsis entitled Constellation Program Support Contract which was posted on March 2, 2007. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1. The Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) was posted on June 13, 2007 to the NASA/JSC Business Opportunities web site. It has also been posted to the Constellation Program Support Contract web site at http://procurement.jsc.nasa.gov/cpsc/default.asp . Please be advised that the DRFP is not a solicitation and NASA is not requesting proposals at this time. 2. In accordance with NFS 1815.201, potential offerors are invited to comment on all aspects of the DRFP, including the requirements, schedules, proposal instructions, and evaluation approaches. Please provide comments or questions concerning the DRFP to the following email addresses by 4:00 pm local time, July 2, 2007. geraldine.b.mason@nasa.gov susan.l.stefanovic@nasa.gov Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
