Description

Note - There is no set aside with this solicitation, the hub zone was entered in error. The Naval Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to solicit and negotiate a contract with Bell/Boeing Joint Project Office (BBJPO) with Bell Helicopter in the lead. for the updating and maintaining of the Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMS)with respect to Bell responsible equipment and Support Analysis Record (SAR) database for SERDs 0243, 0275, 0357, 0732, 1117, 1190, 1598, 1700, 2183, 2185,and 2186 in support of the V-22 Osprey. The key to this effort is intimate knowledge of proprietary information that only the BBJPO possesses. The Government intends to procure this equipment under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 6.302-1. The BBJPO is considered the only supplier, as they own the proprietary information necessary to complete this project. BBJPO owns the technical drawings, specifications and data rights for this effort, the Government does not.
