- This will be a 100% Hubzone Set-Aside procurement. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavating the borrow ditch, trimming outfall drainage pipes in the existing ditch, constructing compacted fill levee embankment, removing and replacing c ulverts under ramps, placing surfacing material on the levee crown and ramps, fertilizing, seeding and mulching, installation of new gas line, and all other incidental work thereto. NAICS: 237990, FSC: Y299, SIC: 1629. Work is estimated to cost between $ 1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. IFB will be issued on or about 2 July 2007. Estimated bid opening date will be 2 August 2007 at 2:00 P.M. Actual dates will be shown when the solicitation is issued. Work is estimated to be complete within 397 calendar d ays after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Registration instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website (https://www.fedteds.gov) by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Contractors registered with the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://www.fedteds.gov/fedteds/start.nsf/frm.vendorlogin?openform&SolicitationNumber=W912P8-07-B-0019. It may take some time to download the files. Zip files containing .cal drawing files should be downloaded and extracted together in a single directory. You are advised that FedTeDS currently does not have a Plan Holders List capability.
