- This proposed procurement is Unrestricted. NAICS 221320 Contractor will supply all equipment, materials, labor, supplies, transportation etc., to design and replace sewage treatment plant electrical controls. The Contract is expected to complete the job within 90 Calendar Days of the Notice to Proceed. Work p eriod will be between 30 Nov 2007 and 28 Feb 2008.The unit is located in the Seven Points Recreation Area, Raystown Lake Project, Pennsylvania. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be pro vided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for thi s solicitation will be performed through ASFI. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registration process for vendors/contractorsAccounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
