- F--Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and soil amendments necessary to plant 6,000 seedlings provided by the government and 500 larger stock trees and shrubs at different locations across the 30,000 acre Raystown Lake Project Facility located in Hesston, PA in strict accordance with the specifications included in the request for qu otations bid package. The bid package can be downloaded from the FeDteDs website. No oral or written requests for the package will be honored. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The NAICS for this requirement is 115112 and size sta ndard is $6.5 million. The estimated cost of this requirement is between $10,000.00 and $20,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitati on will be the internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper format. Contractors requests for this solicitation can be performed through ASFI. Contractors may download the request for quotations package in an electronic format, free of cha rge to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)--a one time registration process for vendors/contractors--Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors/vendors, go to: https://www.fedteds.gov for a dditional information.
