- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice of the written so licitation which may be obtained from the EBS Management System at the following link; http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and inc orporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. This solicitation is issued unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code 335999 and SIC code is 3699. This solicitation is for (1) each refrigeration cycle test p ackage manufacture: Hampden model H-AACT-HMMWV Hum Vee Air Conditoning Trainer and (1) each :Refrigeration charging and recovery package manufacture Hampden model H-RST-RCP-1 or equal. .1. Quotes shall be submitted on the SF 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Ord er for Commercial Items, located at the EBS Management system link above.
