- Description
- Joint Contracting Command Iraq/Afghanistan on behalf of the Multi-National Security Transfer Command-Iraq is issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) solicitation for a contractor establish a national logistics depot for the Iraqi Joint Forces (IJF) in Taji, Iraq on an IJF military installation in accordance with the SOW and attachments. The depot will include: supply, distribution, demilitarization, reutilization, disposal, maintenance, and repair of specified IJF tracked and wheeled vehicles, small arms, and ground support equipment. The Taji National Depot (TND) will be an Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) owned and operated depot. The Taji National Depot (TND) Master Integrator Contract will procure equipment, establish the Taji Vocational Institute to train the workforce, initiate production, achieve depot Initially Operating Capability (IOC), and mentor TND leaders. This contract is the cornerstone of the Taji National Maintenance Depot Project. All offerors shall submit a proposal, in accordance with the attached solicitation. Failure to do so, will result in a proposal being considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Offers shall be submitted via e-mail, no later than (NLT) than: 28 July 2007, 1700 hours, local Baghdad time (0900 EST) Hard copies will NOT be accepted.
