Description

This is a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. NAICS Code 238160. Annual Receipts $13.0 million. Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, and coordination required to repair/replace roof of building 301 at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia (Project 050370). This requirement will be solicited as a competitive HUBZone set-aside in accordance with FAR Part 15. It is our intention to award a firm-fixed price contract by Request for Proposals. The estimated date for release of solicitation will be on or about 29 June 2007 with an estimated response date of 30 July 2007. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The period of performance will be 229 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Copies of the solicitation will NOT be provided on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper and can only be accessed on the website http://fedbizopps.gov/. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications, and other pertinent information will be posted on the aforementioned website for viewing. Register via CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractor must also submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. This award is subject to availability of funds.
