- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-07-RP-0172 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish service to Government provided headstones/markers for Inscription of Granite columbarium niche covers for South Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 140 Inway Drive, Anderson, South Carolina 29621 from date of award through September 30, 2008 (base period) with up to three (3) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2010. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 5M is applicable. The contractor shall be required to complete the inscription work order within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the order was sent by Contracting Officer. Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about June 13, 2007. Responses to the solicitation are due by 3:00 p.m., June 29, 2007.
