Description

This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Provide home oxygen delivery services to eligible beneficiaries within the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Baltimore, Maryland. This will include rental, delivery, and service of oxygen, oxygen equipment, supplies and related services to the home/residence of eligible beneficiaries as ordered by the VA.  The NAICS code for this procurement is <325120>, size standard of 1,000 employees.     This will be for a base period with two one year option years.     Period of service: Date of Award 7/30/2010.     This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof.     Solicitation documents will be available for download as of Early July 2007.     Offers are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the solicitation.
