- This notice is being placed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to Cam-Tek Systems for Milestone XProtect Device License Keys. Cam-Tek systems is the vendor for Milestone Systems, Inc. products and services. Milestone holds the proprietary rights to the XProtect software utilized by the DEA. As a result Cam-Tek Systems is the only responsible source to provide the necessary device license keys required by the DEA.
