- U.S. Coast Guard seeks to identify sources capable of providing on-site inspection, repairs and cleaning of 1350 foot fixed containment oil boom located on Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. This number is approximate only. This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify interested qualified sources that can provide this service. Submittal requirements: Interested parties should demonstrate their capability and experience in providing these services. Respondents are encouraged to provide other information that demonstrates their capability t perform this work. The information requested in this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed three (3) pages. Responses to this notice must include entity name, address, DUNS number, NAICS code, size standard, name of contact person, contact person?s telephone number, and contact person?s email address. This Sources Sought Notice does not commit the Government to issue an actual solicitation for these requirements, nor does it commit the Government to make any contract award for these requirements. Information submitted by interested parties will be reviewed in order to determine the competitive market for these requirements. Information submitted will not be used as the basis for award for any contract. Responses to this notice shall be electronic mail addressed to Deborah.S.Cefaratti@uscg.mil. Responses must be time stamped by the receiving USCG server not later than 11:00am, Pacific Standard Time, June 20, 2007. Responses by any other means will not be accepted.
