- This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number is F3ZT897121A102; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16 and Defense DCN 20070531. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 5063. The North American Industry Classification System is 335311 and the business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6120. This solicitation is unrestricted. The government intends to solicit and award this purchase order for the following item: CLIN 0001: Transformer, provide KVA distribution pad-mount with the following specifications: primary voltage 11,500 VAC; secondary voltage 277/480 VAC; dead front feed; stainless steel base and cabinet, three-phase, Class OA (liquid-filled), loop feed transformer 1, 500 kVA, delta-wye. Complete specificattions will be emailed upon request. Offerors must quote delivery days. FOB is Travis Air Force Base. The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial. FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Items paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows-Evaluation Factors: PRICE.
