- Description: REGULATOR, VOLTAGE Electro-Tech Inc. P/N 24000 Regulator is used on the Air Launch Cruise (ALCM) AGM-86B Missile. Configuration control applies. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 388 each plus a 100 percent option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at destination, Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6110-01-095-7440, PR # 0015361925. Required delivery is 110 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
