- HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR NATIONAL AIRBORNE OPERATIONS COMMAND FACILITY: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision and other items required to provide housekeeping services at the National Airborne Operations Command (NAOC) Facility located on Seymour Johnson AFB NC. The requirement consists of providing spot cleaning service during vacancy, basic cleaning during occupancy, and detail pre-arrival cleaning and departure cleaning services. The contract will include an anticipated base period from 1 Apr 07 ? 30 Oct 07, and possibly five (4) subsequent pre-priced one-year option periods. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 561720, with small business size standard of $15M. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 15 Mar 07 via Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. To ensure you receive notification of changes to the solicitation you must register on that site. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Registration may take up to 3 weeks to process. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
