- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the request for quote for the required item under RFQ N00189-07-T-0252. A subsequent solicitation document will not be issued. FISC Norfolk Contracting Department Norfolk Office intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract, utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for CLIN 0001 ONE (1) each p/n D2459-1 Air Cooler model: 805 SUN 2-Pass. Delivery will be 6-8 weeks/ARO. FOB Point: Destination. Suggested Sole Source Manufacturer: Wiegmann & Rose, 9131 San Leandro Street, Oakland, CA 94603.
