Description
The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center is seeking sources to indicate interest in providing services and material to undertake and complete the overhaul, repair, and/or modficiation of Government Furnished components and sub-components of the NATO Seasparrow Surface Missile System (NSSMS) MK 57 and the Target Acquisition System (TAS) MK 23. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This notice is to develop a list of qualified firms that can provide services to overhaul, repair, modify and/or maintain parts, items and compenents of the NSSMS and/or TAS equipment and other associated test, ancillary and support equipment as is furnished to the contractor by the Government. In addition to describing the offerors background, approach, services and equipment, offerors should address an understanding of NSSMS launcher, director, and/or liquid cooler, and/or the TAS radar antenna and antenna pedestal, investigation and resoluiton of latent defects, Technica Repair Standards (TRS), installation of Ordnance Alterations (ORDALTS), perform conversion/upgrade services as required, perform depot maintenance in support of NATO Seasparrow Surface Missile System (NSSMS) and the Target Acquisition System (TAS). The contractor must at a minimum, be ISO 9002 compliant and shall be required to implement and document a quality assurance program to insure the quality and safety of the processes and procedures to be utilized in the performance of the required tasks. Contractor shall provide their business size and cage code in their cover letter. A maximum of ten pages shall be submitted for review, cover letter not counted towards 10 page limit.
