- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), 17632 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110, intends to purchase on a sole-source basis the following items from Actions Manufacturing Company, Inc., 100 East Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134-1089: Qty Description 200 Inert flight projectiles 200 HE simulator projectiles (live fuze, inert HE fill) 200 HE FRAG-12 (T8) projectiles (live fuze + HE fill) 1,000 Obturating Bands The order shall be a firm fixed order with potential option quantities. FOB Destination shall apply. Closing date is 7 June 2007 with award to be made no later than 6 July 2007. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
