- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole-source, Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for the Non-recurring Engineering effort, and a Firm Fixed Price contract for the Bill of Materials to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC) to perform structural enhancements. This contract will include engineering analysis, parts procurement, installation effort, tooling and aircraft publication updates for critical structure replacement on VH-60N Presidential helicopters, during the period of performance of the Specail Progressive Aircraft Rework. SAC is the only known source with the necessary technical data, knowledge, experience and expertise required to perform this effort. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
