Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is 07SQ600060; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-17. This acquisition will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423610. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 9999. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5063. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) consists of the following items: Item 0001: Mobilization and Preparatory Work; Item 0002: Electrical Drawings and Data; Item 0003: EDG Building Concrete Pad Design Details; Item 0004: EDG environmentally controlled building and all accessories (Supply & Erect); Item 0005: EDG Set, including all on-skid components and associated off-skid systems not listed separately within this schedule; e.g., double containment fuel system, exhaust system, and load bank (Supply & Install); Item 0006: EDG 24VDC Battery Starting System (Supply & Install); Item 0007: Transformer, 480V/208V/120V, 35 KVA (Supply & Install); Item 0008: Panelboard and circuit breakers (Supply & Install); Item 0009: Automatic Power Transfer Switch, 2000 amp rating (Supply); Item 0010: EDG Remote Control Switch (Supply); Item 0011: Spare Parts (Supply). No quotes will be accepted without a request for the official specification. Primary work location for the RFQ is the Yellowtail Dam, in Big Horn County, Montana.
