- SOURCES SOUGHT: Qualified commercial sources are currently being sought to replace existing water base Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) paint spray system. The Government is considering issuing a solicitation/contract to replace existing paint spray system located at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR. The interested contractors must be able to install paint system capable of applying water base CARC paint. Water base CARC requires a special spray system. Requirement includes traini ng, service support, removing existing paint spraying system, and installing new system with catalyst pumps, two paint guns, tubing and all connections. Specifications include capability to spray five colors including green, black, brown, tan, and de-ioniz ed water. Pump should be able to re-circulate the paint to prevent hardening. Anticipated responses to this announcement are sought to identify industry sources that believe they have the comprehensive knowledge, facilities, skills, and capacity to meet this requirement. All interested companies are encouraged to submit the followi ng: Company profile, Business size [Small businesses shall identify their business status (i.e. HUBZone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman-owned, Native American (tribally owned or Alaskan native).], Names, telephone numbers and ema il addresses of points of contact, Past projects of similar size and complexity.(Please include point of contact name, phone number, contract number, and dollar value of contract.) Contractual terms and conditions affecting pricing (i.e. delivery, orderi ng, etc.). This request for information in no way implies either implicitly or explicitly that respondents will be compensated in any way by the US Government for information or materials provided. It does not constitute a solicitation and should not be c onstrued as a commitment of any kind by the US Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.
