- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers on RFP W912LAF7S2MX (oral offers will not be accepted). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430, size standard 500. The RFP is being submitted as full and open competition with a 100% small business set-aside. The requirement is for 63 Plasma Screen with articulating wall mounts, 5 (each); 52 Plasma Screen with articulating wall mount; 1 (each); Interactive Pen Display Symposium DT 770 (or equal), 3 (each). Quotes should be in the following format: price for each line item independently. Award basis: Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: Price, delivery and product support. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
