- Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a modification to increase the established ceiling price on current contract with the University o f Nevada Systems, DBA Desert Research Institute (DRI), 2215 Raggio Parkway, Reno, NV, 89512-1095. The modification will allow DRI to continue the ongoing research, development and test evaluation of desert and extreme climate vehicle operations and charact erization studies. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent t he unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by 18 July 2007, 3:00PM MST.
