- W9124R-07-T-1079 Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract on a sole source basis with the Trimble Navigation Ltd. 5475 Kellenburger R oad, Dayton, Ohio 45424 in care of Allen Instruments and Supplies, 7114 E. Earll Drive, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251. This contract will be for the procurement of a Trimble VX Global with TSC2 Survey Controller, Power Kit, Robotic Accessories and Real Works Survey Standard. The Trimble system shall be compatible in form fit and function with existing USAYPG geodetic surveying sensor technology. Trimble Navigation Ltd. is the only known company with access to this product. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMP ETITIVE PROPOSAL. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional release of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed items. If you feel that youre firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by June 11, 2007 at 11:00 PM MST. See note 22 for the time period exception for receipt of proposals for consideration is seven days instead of 45 days.
