Description: The Southern Region Contracting Center-West (SRCC-W) intends to award pest control services on a small business set aside basis for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) campus located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The non-personal services to be prov ided are commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212-1. The Contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, materials, chemicals, equipment, vehicles necessary to perform full extermination services at the BAMC campus as defined in this Performanc e Based Work Statement (PBWS). The Request for Quotation will be issued on or around 07 June 2007. Anticipated start date will be 01 July 2007. Site visit anticipated to be held on 12 June 2007. Closing date on or around 18 June 2007. Period of perfor mance shall be for a base period of three months from 01 July through 30 September 2007, and four one-year option periods.
