- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote number is W911SG-07-T-0224. Quotes are due by 3:30 PM local time, 8 June 2007. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to hester.stone@us.army.mil for the followin g: 2 each TMPS-200 Truck Mounted Passenger Stair. F350 GAS ENGINE . Heavy Duty Stair with 200 LBS. (90KG) Capacity. Supports up to two adults per stair-up to 4 adults on upper platform. Fully illuminated steps, platform-and a lower light illuminates the pavement in front of the lowest step. Diamond safety tread steps, mechanical interlocks on moving sectoins, hydraulic stabilizers and constant height steps. Reaches doorsills up to 200 in. (508 cm). Constant height stair risers. Hydraulically opera ted platform adjustable. Hydraulic stabilizers-withstands 90 MPH (145 KPH) wind. Platform handrail panels retractable. Simple in-cab controls allow one-person operation. Mechanical interlocks hold stair in place if hydraulic pressure is lost. Height Ra nge: Low Position=100 in. (254 cm), High Position=200 in. (508 cm). Stair Capacity: Platform=900 lbs. (409 kg) uniformly distributed load, Each Step=200 pounds. Stair Dimensions: Nominal tread depth= 10.05 in. (26 cm), Nominal tread width (lower section) =42 in. (107 cm), Nominal tread width (upper section)= 47 in.(119 cm), Top platform width=.64 in. (163 cm), Top platform depth= 87 in. (221 cm), Intermediate landing depth= 19.75 in. (50 cm), Constant riser height =85 in. (20 cm). Hydraulic System: Cylinde rs= single stage, Valves = manually actuated, Pump= engine driven, System pressure=1,200 psi(82.8 bars), Strainer on suction line= 80 mesh,Hydraulic tank = breather cap with dipstick, Auxiliary pump= manually operated.
