- 01. Table with the ability to do vacuum bonding. Requirements for Table: Heat from 50 degrees fahrenheit to 350 degrees fahrenheit in 1 hour. Cool down to 100 degrees fahrenheit in 3 hours, using an integrated system. Maximum Temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit Table aluminum plate size: 144" (Length) x 72" (Width) Inner working height of 6" or greater. Table must operate on 208 voltage. Table must pull/vacuum 24-26 in Hg(inches of mercury) Temperature and Vacuum controls required to achieve process time requirements. Suggested Manufacture: BriskHeat part number VT72X144-8SA or equivalent. 02. One Day (8 hours) of On-site, hand on Operator Training with at least 3 operator manuals provided for TAFB to keep. 03. One Day of on site Installation Including: Supervison of Installation Power-up Inspection, both during uncrating and after set up is complete. Final on site testing Full cycle test run Request for quote will issue on or about 19 Jun 2007 and close on or about 19 Jul 2007. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. This is total Small Business set-aside.
