- This is a sources sought announcement. A further request for proposal (RFP) may or may not be issued. Responses to this notice are due by 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) on 14 June 2007, to the point of contact identified at the end of this notice. Wright-Patterson AFB OH anticipates a competitive acquisition for a firm fixed price contract with one base year and four one-year option periods. Requirement is for the contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, repair parts, maintenance supplies, test equipment, transportation, and equipment and labor necessary to provide Custodial Services in support of the NAOC billeting facility located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. This sources sought synopsis is issued to determine if there are contractors capable of and interested in providing the required and services, and to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision. All small business sources capable of providing the required services are being sought. Parties must also indicate their business size status in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561720 (size standard $15 Million). Sources should identify and address if they are a large, small, 8(a), woman owned, Hub zone, or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged business in their responses. Small business respondents should provide information on the services they propose in order to assist the Air Force in making a set-aside decision. Responses will be reviewed to identify firms capable of fulfilling the Government?s requirements. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Respondents should not construe this announcement as a commitment by the Air Force for any purpose. What to Submit: Only those potential sources able to support the required service as provided in the DRAFT PWS, (with the knowledge that the Government may potentially modify or terminate all or part of the requirement prior to, during, or after award without incurring additional cost) should provide company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, point of contract, type of business (large, small, socially and economically disadvantaged, or woman owned business). Capability Packages (other than the information requested by small business respondents) are NOT requested at this time but will be accepted if submitted.
