- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1G3A37130A100, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 1 July 2006. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 444190 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; 0001: Water Heater: Model Number 40-V-250; total of 6 ea; Gallon Capacity: 250, GPH Rac Rate 40-140 degrees F: 383, Input-BTU/Hr 399,000, Width 53" Flue outlet 8", Gas Inlet 3/4, Height 84", Control Voltage 115/1/60, Min Inle: Flow Gas Press. W.C. 4.5, Amps 2, Approx Ship Weigh 1570 or equal. Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Barksdale AFB LA, 71110 to buildings 4323, 4332 and 4341; 2 ea. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
