- This is the formal public announcement for the A-76 Streamlined Competition of various functions of the USCG Health Services Program, conducted by the Department of Homeland Security, in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (Revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, dated 29 May 2003. The study includes approximately 32 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) positions. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is RDML Branham; Contracting Officer (KO), Mrs. Jeanie Thorne; and Agency Tender Official (ATO) Skip Miller. The projected end date of this streamlined competition is October 14, 2007. Interested parties should monitor FedBizOpps website for more information about this A-76 Streamlined competition.
