- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be attached. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders, National Institutes of Health, is soliciting proposals from Small Businesses for scientific coding services. Tasks include coding all grant applications, as well as contract and research projects, and serving as resource for NIH databases relating to grants and projects. One Time-and-Materials type contract is anticipated with an award made on or about 15 June 2007. The solicitation is posted. PROPOSALS ARE DUE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SOLICITATION BY 4:00 p.m. ON 14 JUNE 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the Government. ***NOTE AMENDMENT 1: DUE DATE CHANGED FROM 7 JUNE TO 14 JUNE.***
