- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for Fault Interrupter Circuit Switches per attached Specifications and Drawings. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside for the North American Industry Standard (NAICS) 335313 with the business size standard at 750 employees. All offeror???s must complete all portions of each section and submit all data required of the solicitation package. All offeror???s must be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about June 4, 2007 on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Note: responses to this RFQ may be submitted electronically online via FedBizOpps or mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986. Information hours are between 7AM and 3PM MT Monday through Friday.
