- Pr Number: IQC07075009009 FSC: 5315 various Nomenclature: Competitive Non-Threaded Fasteners RFP Due Date: (June 26, 2007) Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 17 Core Items and items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5315-00-500-1267. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Numbered Note 1 applies. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Some drawings are required and can be obtained on CD rom from the Contract Specialist upon request. Delivery is as follows:130 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: 2007 September 20 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price.
