- Proposed procurement is for a 5-year, indefinite quantity contract (base year plus 4 option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion). This solicitation is for one NSN, 4810-01-086-5757. Solicitation is Unrestricted and Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. This item has been determined to be commercial in nature and has two approved sources: Hamilton Sundstrand (99167) P/N 5902453 and Woodward Governor (66503) P/N 100116-003. This procurement is for stock replenishment and various increments will be solicited. Priced option years are anticipated. Surge and Sustainment support does not currently apply. Destinations may include any of the DSCC stock sites. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB point are at origin. Copies of the RFP will be available on DSCC DIBBS website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about June 20, 2007. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
