- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, material, parts, quality control, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance Support Services for Coordinate Measuring Machines and associated components. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturers equipment specifications, industry standard practices, and Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated period of performance is 9 April 07 - 8 April 08 for the base year, plus four, one year options. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Governments obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award.
